Talking I'm a jar of Marmite

    i'm a jar of Marmite

I was talking to someone recently who said I was like a jar of Marmite.

You either love me or hate me.

having thought about it, there probably right.

Some people love Marmite straight away

Some people don't like the idea or Marmite, but one they have tried it are pleasenly supprised and take to it

Some people carn't stand Marmite, to 'full on' no way 'never'

It got me wondering has anyone else been likened to anything and the reasons why?

With regard to my forum persona and the real me, I have been told I have a book version and a film version, in that one is very different from the other.

    I'm not sure I agree.

    Hmmm.

Addictive gameplay? High def graphics? Or something about filling your hands with twiddly bits?

Sorry, but that stuff should be used for tarring roads - foul and disgusting and I have a husband who INSISTS on having it on toast and then putting the knife in the butter...... grounds for divorce!!

I don't know if I've been compared to something... but I've been told I make people smile - that's Sooooo fab!!

Since coming here, I've been compelled to swop from Marmite to Vegemite. I can't seem to understand the big fuss by Aussies in the UK requiring Vegemite as they both seem to taste almost exactly the same. (Requiring english receipe baked beans is far more important, although at least the australian ones aren't as disgusting as the tins of baked beans sold in the US)
