I've seen those signs in quite a few places - obviously trying to get the punters in whilst they can still smoke.

Wessex House where I dance on a Wednesday has a sign up saying "smoking allowed throughout". Not for much longer!

Last week I was on a dance floor and people were smoking whilst dancing.

As an ex smoker I still have to fight temptation in a pub and so cannot have too much to drink in case my defences are weakened.

So, I am really looking forward to the ban.
