    Hello woodface!

I was trying to find out what difference is made by class="alt2" or tbody, as in:

Don't think it will affect my forum experience too much – oh, except I won't get irritating flash application appearing in posts, and won't have to tidy up other people's broken Microsoft HTML.

And how am I to upload my formulae for world domination if I can't use and

I suppose I'll just have to upload my formulae for world dumbination instead

    Beowulf, dragonslayer, my liege lord!

You seem to ken the mystery of this witchcraft!

Is it possible for the wizards to slay or disable the evil magic dragons such as Flash, and thus to let the good sprites of Htmlearth come back to this sacred rockhenge?

May your halls always be full of feasting!

    Re: Htmlearth

Has there ever been an actual, real and proper need for HTML on this forum?

Sure, things like sub- and super-scripts are nice, and the strike-through thing is kinda cool, but I can think of a time when I've been unable to communicate what I wanted to without them.

I had some code in the pipeline I was contemplating asking Franck if I could post, but I can just as easily put it on a website and post a link, if I decide to do so.

I did want to put H2O (water) in its correct way in a post.

How about "H(2)O" ... or, if it works, H₂O?

    Cool Re: Htmlearth

    How about H2O?

    Footnote for non-goldfish:
H2O is the wave-function for the invisible aether which fills the bowliverse,
and which is detectable only by the resistance felt when I wiggle my fins.

How about calling it this: this is a perfectly legitimate scientific name for water . I remember the name from a school quiz - and this chemical name can be used without sub or superscripts.
