    organising a charity event.

I know one has not long gone, but been thinking about organising a charity dance down in Bristol for a few weeks time.

Was wondering what the general opinion is about them in that, should they be something different from your usual freestyle or should you stick with the tried and tested formula?

I know Cruella has spent alot of time and effort organising hers . I don't know if I have the same amount of time and energy she has in organising one.

Whats is needed to do one? for a one off event is insurance really needed. What about the new performance license thing that just came out?

lastly, what goes in to making a freestyle great?
