So glad you scrapped it.. it is soooo 2004

If you used it, you would get - "oh look that is the move from years ago!"

Keep on moving - keep on improving

Yeah we did it once. Just kind of happened during freestyle when we were trying to come up with new moves. Maily scrapped it because it wasn't challenging enough.

I can testify to this - if memory serves, there's not a single aerials event that I've competed in where you haven't, and in fact, I haven't entered a single aerials event which you did not win hands down

Well I bow down to your fantastic abilities, I found it quite challenging myself, especially on the ballance, smooth entry and exit etc.

We did not get it 100% right in the heats, bit of a wobble - but got it 100% for the finals. The dynamics of a short girl and a tall girl was interesting - ruled out double summi's and some other stuff.

You are obviously far better than me and my girls on this. Well done

I have finally managed the double ariel star (see David and Lily ariel star) - takes a bit of practice (for me anyway) - but got it in the end.

    Just ribbing you.

I don't think there was anything smooth on our entry and exits at all. Still shocked that we won.

Not really trying anything at the mo. We entered for a laugh, fluked it and now retire undefeted.

Think I might just concentrate my efforts on winning one cat at a time.

I hope you are not thinking about "young cat's" otherwise this should go outside...

OK, back on thread - showcase or beginners section? - do they have a beginners section (less than 3 years) in the UK?

For those who did not see the double trouble at the champs I have a youtube clip of us doing it.

How the hell we won I don't know. Supprised we even placed. We left out quite a few of our bigger moves in this clip becuase we hadn't done it since the Champs and I had forgotten them all.

I really hope it looked better than this at the champs.

YouTube - How the hell did we win the ceroc champs with this????
