I'm just putting the finishing touches on my chocolate cake (very gooey and extremely chocolatey filling and topping!!!!), and still have to make the icing for the carrot cake. Gods, then I've got to pack..... Aaaargh! I won't get to bed very early tonight, methinks.....
I also am still yet to ice a carrot cake. Unlike you I am not going to be elegant with little marzipan carrots! However I HAVE sourced some non-dairy cream-cheese-substitute so LYF should be able to eat it! In fact of all the cakes I've made, only one has butter in

    See you all tomorrow

Nah, no fancy little marzipan carrots this time, I'm afraid. Had lots of disasters yesterday, so had to run around like a headless chicken to get everything done in the end. No time to be artistic with marzipan... The chocolaty chocolate cake with extra chocolate is looking kinda good, though...

Oh well, if you have lots of dairy free cakes, I won't need to keep any un-iced carrot cake for LYF and Freudian Hips, then. Well done you! You'll have to tell me what that cheese substitute is.

See you all soon! Cakes all packed! Must bring shotgun to keep Trampy and KillingTime off them, though...

You're very good, you do icing and everything! I will ice the carrot cake but the rest are pretty plain.

The dairy free cream cheese is Tofutti Creamy Smooth, found in Holland & Barrett. Haven't tried it yet so wait to see what you think of the taste!

    See you later!
