Hi again folks...........its that time of year for me to do my Race for Life. This s a 5km run in aid of Cancer Research.

I'm not sure I have recovered enough from the Champs last weekend so I would appreciate all the encouragement I can get!!!!

Ha Ah! You doubting Thomas... I finished it in 36 minutes ... Go Bubbalou!!! Go! The more of us who run.. the faster we beat Cancer - doesn't it feel so good to believe that you're doing something to reach a cure! I've had so many close friends and relations die from one form or another. When they asked today in Inverness for people to raise their hands if their lives had been touched by Cancer - nearly every hand was raised...
