Glad you enjoyed the quad biking.

Yes, tricky stuff, this ceroc up a ladder... no wonder they're talking about banning aerials? It was one of those incidents... managed to almost save it, no paint spilt, just looked a prat, quick look round just to confrim no-one had noticed, carry on as if nothing had happened! But as a public interest service, decided to warn people about the dangers of ceroc & ladders

    Hi all
Thanks for sympathy and gentle hugs! I seem to have been moaning on forum all day today - wonky hips, swollen wrists, popped ribs etc. Either I'm in serious need of a new body or I need to just stop moaning

    Sorry all

Quad biking sounds ace and whale you almost did me a serious injury (popping my other ribs) when I at you doing ceroc up a ladder!

Goodness - how on earth did it get to midnight without me noticing?

A bit too addictive this whole forum malarkey!

    Good night all

Looks like 3 nights in an assortment of filthy ice-rinks turned out to be the better option!

Damn I love that thermal underwear...!
