Check out this - to be honest you may be better served doing a few crunches and a few pushups a night and trying to fit in an extra evening's dancing a night.

Also remember, less pies in pie hole = less lard on hips

Dave, there are quite a few reasonably good exercises that can be done with a bullworker, ones that you don't even need a 70's porn star style moustach to perform.

However, the truth is you're much better off down the gym where your training can be more measurable and more progressive. And would hopefully include some cardiovascular work.

The end of March is a good time to join a gym because the January fitness craze is wearing off and people are starting to cancel their memberships. Sales figures are crucial at month-end so there's more likely to be deals to be had. In fact the end of any month is a good time. If you have a number of gyms in your area, tap them all up for free passes and use the passes to decide which you prefer, and probably get a few weeks free training into the bargain before you actually join up.

*Squeek!* Ummm...I have the book somewhere I think* I had to give up using it to build my muscles, as I didn't have the strength to turn the pages

If I find it, it yours

    * I think - Meaning I'm sure I've seen it since I moved house 5 months ago, but can't be 100% certain (I'm certain I move house of course, just not certaint that.....oh bollox! You know what I mean!)

Hi Dave, its several months since your posting I'm assuming you found a wallchart OK.... However, just in case you havent or if someone else wants a Bully training chart then you can get replacement wallcharts direct from BULLWORKER for £6

you can also download free copies of the wallchart and training guides from the forum at The Bullworker Forum • Index page

    Hope this helps!

PS: Times have moved on and fortunately the old 1970's moustachioed muscle man has left the building
