It's only taken 4 days but I've finally caught up with myself

WOW it was amazing weekend. Having never been to the Tower Ballroom before I was blown away by the venue!!!
well done to the C2D team - a well run comp - which seemed to pretty much run on time all day !!!!

only downside was no posting of results - and having to wait for announcements to know if you were going through and not being able to remember friends numbers so not knowing if they got through

Other highlights were arriving 7.25 Friday - empty dancefloor, great! Lovely dances with Yliander (before I realised it was Yliander... ),

THANK-YOU!!! Patrick - they were lovely dances just sorry I didn't get more

Thank you for everyone who wished Yli and I well. We had an absolute ball.

HUGE CONTRATS to CJ & Yuko!!! well done!!!! And congrats to everyone else who made it through as heat, to the finals or placed!!!

Finally, Fletch: your "kids" were an absolute credit to you.

Other upsides were getting to put faces to more forumite names. the opportunity to have so many lovely dances. Watching so many more lovely dances.

It was also lovely to see so many old friends

The major downside for me - was not being well - and not being able to dance as much as I would have liked to & having to leave early both Friday & Saturday nights

Other downside was not getting to dance with everyone I wanted to, especially those I spoke to and promised a dance later but didn't manage to find later I'm SO very sorry

Well they would be cheerful, i'm sure it was a relief from living in the cupboard under the stairs

i'm sure there will be more opertunites to dance with him, now he's danced with Yuko (again) he first danced with her at the Bromsgrove 't' dance there no stopping him, he will get more lessons this weekend

Just hope I don't have to do any lessons
