Whos going where polls

I've been bugged for a while as to the reasons why poll creaters provide a NO options on polls titled, Who's going ..........? I always look at them to see whos going to particular event, not to see whos not going. Surely if someone does not click the yes option, we can assume that they are not going.

"No" - definitely not going
"Not voted" - haven't seen the poll / haven't made up mind mind etc so I might be there

Mind you "no" doesn't always mean "no" either - might have changed my mind, had other plans cancelled, been offered tickets etc.

Awwww you're too nice Dirty, I've been bugged as to why they created polls in the first place! It just turns out to be one of those thing you (them not me - don't even know how to start a poll fortunately) do!
