you are charged for content and images i believe , so by having more than the allowed content and not paying for the images within ebays own structure you are evading fees. you tit.
Anyone use ebay much?
I have written a VB.net application which has a rich text field. You put in the text you want. Format it , colour it etc then it inserts it in to a HTML page which is framed, has background pictures etc.
You then copy the HTML code in to the item description page and vola, a nicely decorated item decription which maches your website.
Unfortunalty, after the first test run all went well until we got an email from ebay saying they had removed the listings due to fee circumvasion. Couldn't see what had been done wrong with these listing and there was nothing in the help screens to explain what was wrong. Emailed ebay back but not heard anything from them.
Anyone any ideas?
