i really dont understand what you men are talking about.
firstly, we suffer with ovulation cramps. They are not as bad as menstral cramps but give ya a tummy ache all the same.
secondly, we get the dreaded (flo is in town) and thats when the pain really starts.
Thirdly, we cant wear sexy underwear for a whole week.
What do you have to do..
Be a little nicer than normal. Buy us chocolate, give us some flowers, massage our tummies and make us feel coooochyyyy...
Is that too much to ask
I DONT THINK SO
Shaving pah......try waxing mate.
have you ever had your genitals moved to the side and pulled violently a number of times just so you can wear a bathing costume.
Have you had your upper lip violently ripped off your face by a blonde vicious mare who smiles sweetly and thinks that makes it better......
shaving PAH!!!
Having recently experienced an unusually bad dose of hormones, I've been recommended magnesium and zinc supplements. Personally I vote for physical contact and chocolate! And being treated like a normal human being (even if I'm not acting like one!)
I spent a number of years being ignored by partner for one week a month and labelled a 'mad, over-emotional woman'. I was periodically given chocolate, tossed at me from a distance in case I 'bit the hand that fed me'. Please, not a good way to treat someone, and extremely bad for the self-esteem at a time when you feel cr4p anyway. Hugs, on the other hand, are very affirming...
There's a related thread somewhere on women's dancing at this time of the month. May be helpful while we're on the subject...
To the men out there...
Imagine your best friend's just died someone's smashed into your car and you've lost your job!
You feel like the world is against you and you can't seem to see anything good about anything..especially yourself!
You just want to cry!
Now imagine feeling as low as that for a day or two every month but with absolutely no reasons its HORRIBLE!

Look, why do you think pubs were invented? Ancient wisdom, and all that.
I'm experiencing it at the moment - my flatmate's, in fact.
For nearly three weeks out of every four, she's my best friend. For the rest of that time (which can last up to 10 days quite often) she's terrifying. I don't dare speak to her because everything I say is taken the wrong way, and have to keep ESG out of her way completely, but I also can't ignore her cos that annoys her even more for different reasons.
It's always impossible to tell whether I have actually done something wrong, or whether it's just that I'm a convenient target who will always be there whatever she says or does. I can't even give her hugs to help, because she doesn't want them, even when she is speaking to me.
I have a great week to look forward to
Not sure if I should post this or not but, I'm taking orders £29:99 each. The perfect gift for the girl who has everything - including PMT
Apparently, PMT is all in the head...
