This will be my first Weekender!!! Soooo excited about it - but, any advice or essential tips for a first time weekender???

Come on I know there's heaps of you out there just bursting with helpful (and possibly less helpful) advice!!!

Invite me Up for the weekend, ply me with food and drink and I'll become your very own Stylist and personal shopper just Like Janey did!

I'll even help you pack if you like! Take it your going with The two alisons...So luggage wise you can take heaps there's always loadsa space in Alison's boot!

Ooooh, I'm still not sure about this one.... I'm really tempted, because of the WCS teachers (oh Franck, how can you do this to me!!!), but I'm already doing Southport, then flying off to USA the following week for a holiday and Boogie by the Bay, and am also planning to do the Dance Fever weekend in Perth in November.

The result of this is that I will a) be bankrupt, and b) my dog will hate me.

But saying that.... I'm saving a lot of money these days by not travelling up and down to London..... And I should really make the most of any opportunity of world class teachers and dancers coming to Scotland....

However - I will quite probably freeze to death this time. We were in a gold caravan last time, but the heaters were so feeble (apart from the one in the lounge area) that I nearly died from hypothermia. And that was with a sheep and a hot water bottle in my bed!!

Ooooh, decisions, decisions....

It's probably on youTube but I have to say if you get chance to go and see Michael and Jennifer's current Classic routine in person......do it.

Im expecting them to do the one they did this weekend. If so it is one of the best routines i have seen for sheer excitement and crisp execution.

Just had a look at the one on youtube. It is the same track but I have a sneaky feeling they have tweaked the routine. I will confirm that when i get the DVD of the event over the weekend.

I asked Michael last weekend and he said they will be performing the one on youtube (but I guess they could change their mind). Although like Paul I've just watched it again and I think they have modified it since.

I can't wait to see it again, with youtube you never really appreciate how fast and difficult a routine is... it rocks, believe me
