Friend and I are going to Putney tonight for the first time - we want to go for a drink first. We don't know the area - anyone know of anywhere nice within easy walking distance of the Putney Club?

I know that there are one or two bar / restaurants about 5 minutes walk from the venue.

I have been to Reds before and the food is nice - it could be a nice place for a drink too.

Just wanted to say thanks for the advice on here and via PMs about Putney. Had a good time. And lots of familiar faces from Clapham too! Even managed to find Miguel without a pizza in his hands for once and have a dance with him… and an excellent dance it was too
