Age is a question of mind over matter, if you don't mind, it doesn't matter
Leroy (Satchel) Paige (1906-1982)
Mickey Mouse's girlfriend, Minnie, made her film debut, along with Mickey, in "Steamboat Willie" on November 18, 1928.
That date is recognized as her official birthday.
Don't post that much Minnie, but Junior i have never been, Thank you for the Dances at the weekend, it was Fun as always, and for the lovely Breakfast
I can honestly say that you were one of the very 1st people to make me so welcome at a weekender, you have a heart of gold, and i and luck to know you.
Looking forward to the next time i can have the pleasure of your company.
Gosh seems like everyone has already posted their views on camber... but I've been recovering and still am recovering!!
Arrived on Friday but couldn't be bothered dancing on the first night - much preferred to chill with a few glasses of everything you can imagine! hic!
Saturday - I only did a couple of workshops, one which was Mikeys Strictly Sinful - the blues - and I take back every word I said on what I thought about his workshops. Yep, I was a Strictly Sinful virgin until last weekend, and I've got to say, I luuuuuuurved it! What a laugh too!!!! to Mikey for putting together a fantastic routine. Will definately do the next one!
The WCS workshops was fantastic - lots of triple stepping and this really does put more structure into MJ. The couple who were teaching were at Britroc and for anyone who hasn't seen them strut their stuff properly on the dance floor - believe me, you won't be able to take your eyes off them! hot stuff!
Sunday night was fab - had a few good dances. Patrick - you just keep getting better and your musicality is brilliant! Will definately catch you for another at the next event Mick S - woooow! is all I can say! Amazing dancer.
Just quickly skimming through some of the pages on this thread I noticed a couple have complained about the old man - yeeeesss I had a couple of dances with him too, not very pleasant I must say. (in fact, someone tried to warn me first, but it was too late! grrrrrr )
Wow. So that was you there then Donna....
When you came up to Cruella and myself sitting outside, I said that it must have been you. But Cruella said that it wasn't, since if it had been, you'd have said hello.
And you walked right past me a couple of other times too. Figured that it definitely couldn't have been you.
Appears that it was then. There you go....
Don't be silly. You're probably not attractive enough to dance with Donna either!
