I have to say that when I saw the title of this thread, and given this one yesterday, I started to wonder if you had some particular issue about degeneration or ageing in any way...
    sorry Gus

(PS: I have no idea who Gus is and how old he is, so please don't take this as a personal attack)

Didn't know you had any, or that you were worried about their genetic potential

I AM NOT from Manchester, I'm from STOKE! Its just that I've been exiled to Manchester. Having said that I've seen scarier things in Stoke than fireworks up bottoms. As they say about Stoke lads, they only know two things .. how to fill prams and how to push them

As the launching fireworks from one's rectum is becoming more and more common these days, perhaps we should look at making fireworks that are SAFE to be launched from one's anal regions (afterall, that seems to be the modern day philosophy for everything else).

Fireworks that can be safely lit whilst in the back passage should be called / clearly labelled as "CRACKers"

Can think of a few people I'd like to volunteer to market test this excellent new product. At least it would stop them talking out of it for a while.

Thankfully, things like the Darwin Awards show us that sooner or later, these people end up dying in bizarre situations. Hopefully before they have a chance to reproduce.

If it's like the one I saw, the injuries are caused by involuntary sphincteral "clenching" trapping the stick in place while rocket discharges it's exhaust over the surrounding area. Would think there would be a fair bit of internal burning from conductive heat transfer through the stick as well.
The final explosion of the rocket is usually sufficient to cause a release
