I'm another vote for cuddles. No matter how awful I feel a hug seems to make things that little bit - or big bit - better.

This week's feel good was Thurs night - an event with work when we celebrated the hard work and enthusiasm of volunteers, businesses, farmers, schools and others in doing something practical to improve the environment. It was a fab evening and I was involved in helping at it and that felt good.
