Yes indeedy, and no wiser yet, ( I'm desperately trying to re-live that weekend to place the elusive memory of Philsmove).
For some reason I do seem to remember you girls more than the guys. Still some life left in the old dog!!
Perhaps it's the season but I am finding life quite seriously spooky at present, finding that people know me and what I'm up to where the reverse is not true. Almost as if I were gaining some notoriety. The number of times people have asked me quite out of the blue how I enjoyed Breeze. Like the lady at the muggle event the other day; how did she know? "Ahah," she said "these things do get around." Paranoia may set in, I imagine little ladygroups with covert glances and wagging tongues, "See that Clive over there, well I heard ..... ."

Will I be the only one there :tears:
Potentially:
Sat- ICE WCS freestyle - Dorney Reach
Depending on mood, I might go to creepy-Crawley Ceroc tonight.
Leatherhead LeRoc freestyle tomorrow.
Been given a free invite to a Intermediate Plus workshop Sunday - not enough men, again, - woo hoo!
Mrs Demon & me off to spend our wedding anniversary night at Fife Jive's Halloween party at the Gladyer Inn. Rosyth tonight.
Lovely night as usual and did get to cavort with Fletch a couple of times and, towards the end, Debbie too
Oh yeh, very spooky and wailingly ghoulishly good. A lucky last (blues) dance. Either you miss out altogether or you find a real gem unaccountably also on the sideline.
Quite a surreal experience. Nice modern venue with a beautiful though rather small floor (noticed a second room also with unblemished floor - possibilities there) which, unfortunately, was too well lit to bring out any sense of intimacy. And these lindy folk do give off an aura of unintentional, I am sure, exclusivity. So strange though, once starting to feel a little acclimatised, to be almost lovingly embraced in a bluesilly smooth and slinky way and surrounded by bouncing bodies jigging like demented puppets.
The band was great (worth the ticket just to hear them alone), playing a wide range of tempos (tempi?), and I really cannot understand those jivers who set their face against live music.
Even to my ears the sound quality was excellent (the interval disco slot too) which is such a contrast to the difficult accoustics to be encountered at tonight's venue. (Gives credence to the view that jivers' will dance to anything.) Four nights on the trot - whew !
I'd been ill last week, wasn't on the internet much, but at the last minute I did end up going to:
Fri - WCS/Blues freestyle (Halloween Special) - Pollokshaws Burgh Hall, Glasgow
