:yeah: If you wear fitted clothes, you get stared at and sly comments. If you wear loose clothing you look pregnant...:tears:

Oh yee women with ample bosoms - I do envy you lot! Some of us have to make do with 'accessories' - gel boosts, etc before we look or at least feel fine! Celebrate your boobs!
And as for the men who make comments ... they probably have to be seen to make a comment only after they have been 'caught' red handed oggling at them! And yes, I have a few friends with big ones and they do moan that it seems to attract a mass of men (generally the men who they don't wish to speak to!)

hmm that makes me wonder what kind of workplace you're at... I really can't imagine my colleagues making such comments (well, I don't have 'ample bosom' myself but even if I had or just thinking of other ladies)... Have you confronted them about it ? talked to your boss / HR ? (don't tell me he does it too)... to me it sounds like grossly inappropriate comments to make in a workplace environment. Plus I'm sure this could relate easily to sexual harrassment laws etc.

Not ashamed to say I'm an admirer of a shapely figure, heaving buxom and plunging cleavage. I find it the sweetest of eye candy :drool:
... but while dancing, talking or socialising I'm focusing on eyes and lips rather than anything else: I would think of it as sleasy if I took advantage of dancing to satisfy my sweet tooth (and I would rather not think of myself like that), but I do appreciate and admire the attire adorned to amplify and appear ample assets. :D
{... perhaps I should have picked a letter further up the alphabet ;)}

Standard day at DT's office - sales office, I'm the only woman...20 men.
"Here she comes, blimey we'll have to get the door widened if those tits of hers get any bigger...you don't need a cup holder for your coffee, just wedge your cup between your tits...Well done Sam, you've got another contract in, who'd you f*ck to win that?/which low cut top did you wear to get that contract?" etc, etc.
It's constant. My boss is just as bad as the rest of them.
On a positive note...I am the top surveyor in my department and I know they are all jealous so use sexual comments about my breasts/me being a woman to try and bring me down a peg or two. Guess what...it doesn't work.

And on the plus side, they'll never fire you/make you redundant, as you could sue the pants off them for sexual discrimination!

I've worked with plenty of salesmen and not one of them has been even remotely pleasant.
They're always threatened by anyone whom they consider to be less of a bloke than them. Nice people, women, anyone slightly 'normal'.

You know, you don't have to put up with that sort of sh1t.
Talk to a lawyer and see how much you'd earn for a case in sexual harrassment (with resulting emotional damage of course )... just a thought...

I know you are right, but I give as good as I get.
Please don't shoot me with the forum gun for saying this but I also think that sometimes women are their own worst enemy when it comes to suing companies for sexual harassment, etc. I'm sure that male bosses are reluctant to hire women these days because they are scared of a claim up. We can't win.
You can understand it when you hear stories like the one in the paper today about a woman who won £57,000 for having her boobs groped by her boss, then being sacked for complaining about it, but some women scream blue murder if a bloke in the office so much as gives them a compliment.
I dunno...it's a nightmare innit?

I see what you mean and I work too in a (very) male dominated environment, there are a lot of jokes and teasing involved sometimes but so far they have never crossed the line to inappropriate-ness.
I think it's important to draw the line between friendly banter and compliments, and downright rudeness & harrassment. I don't think anybody would have any doubts as to which category the stuff you get at work belong to.
You don't have to put up with more than reasonable to prove you're a strong, independent woman - I think it's an easy trap to fall in in fact (and I'm sure some men abuse of that, they'll know you won't want to be seen as the girly who complained), yet there's nothing weak or childish in complaining for inappropriate behaviour - quite the opposite :flower:

Hi - and thanks for reading my posts :D
Both of the posts are derived from newspaper articles: I do like to keep abreast of what is happening in the world.
Incidentally, I did not mention the word 'breasts' in one of the post I think you are referring to (the Dubai sex on the beach thread) - I used the word 'bosoms'...........they are different aren't they?
Re: Cleavage: how low do you go?
As low as I can get away with without falling out, and probably lower than I ought, in the hope that I am controlling where eyes rove - I would prefer someone to stare at my chest and think good or bad things about my state of attire than do same at my equally ample bum and thighs.

Wouldn't you be a different size to the woman with small breasts? Or buying different cuts of clothing?
I can't imagine it changing the comments/looks you get, though.
