Oops I did it again

Overdid the gym again.
Last time I pushed myself too hard in a class and had to have a couple of weeks off while my chest recovered.
I did a Body Pump class on Wednesday and upped my weights a bit too far. :doh:
I don't mind that everything hurts, it should do, but I've done something to my right elbow. :tears:
I can't bend my right arm enough to touch my right shoulder because something (tendons I guess) that runs over my elbow is too tight and painful.
I'm my own worst enemy in gym classes, I need to learn to just push myself a little. :blush:
Looks like I'll be taking some time off to recover again. I suppose I can still do spin classes though :sad:
