After a disasterous nights dancing last night, I was wondering if anyone else has nights when they JUST CAN'T DANCE!!

I felt like a beginner again - clumsy, offbalance & bumping into my partner.

No rhyme nor reason to it, I just couldn't dance:sad:

I've been told before that sometimes this happens, but can anyone tell me WHY??

Just booked my first weekender to Camber & now I'm having a serious cirsis of confidence.HELP!!

It happens regularly to everybody, look here (http://www.cerocscotland.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9872) or even here (http://www.cerocscotland.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9877) for example

Don't worry, the way to progression is full of bumps  and a weekender sounds like the best way to improve.

Is this (http://www.cerocscotland.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9877) the problem?

Are there other things going on in your life? My dancing is mostly for fun, relaxation, stress relief. And when I'm most stressed, my dancing is worst.

Seriously, don't you have other activities where sometimes things just don't work? It happens to everyone in every activity.

so you're out dancing and you can't spin, miss leads?
so you're pricing a multimillion dollar contract and you can't calculate, forget to price important parts of the job?

the only difference is if you're dancing badly you won't get fired with a 6 or 7 figure severance package.

i find dancing can be dependent on how your day went. if i have had an exceptionally stressful day i find that my tolerance for weak leads is less and i dont help. i also find that in less (on my toes) and more flat footed as im tired. This will pass and is nothing to be upset or worried about. Camba will be fantastic and you will have a great time. :D

Bumping, being clumsy and falling about is pretty much what i do by about 5am anyway... :D :D
