With the new age-discrimination legislation (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/in_depth/business/2006/ageism/default.stm) coming into force now, I wondered how old the average Ceroc teacher is?

(Teachers vote only please - it's a private poll to spare your blushes :) )

Akso, I wondered whether the (historic and rumoured) practice of only recruiting younger people as teachers would be illegal now?

Is this for ceroc trained teachers only? Or teachers in general?

The thing is, they may have been teaching for some years now, so their current age will have no reflection on how old they were when they were first recruited.

Hmmm, I was going to say Ceroc only, but yes, let's widen it to "anyone teaching MJ". So, that'll probably give 5 answers instead of 2 :)

I dunno. It's not a public vote, so all the people that lurk might consider posting.

And of course, Dreadful Scathe will vote for as many options as he's allowed anyhow. You did make it a single choice poll didn't you??
