Im afraid that the world will end on the year the Tramp stops posting. Its a cruel and fickle universe and TheTramps posts have somehow coincided with the year.

So far he's on post 1861....

in the year 1861

Kansas becomes the 34th state of the U.S.A.

Czar Alexander II of Russia emancipates the serfs

Italy is unified

Abraham Lincoln became president of the U.S.A

"Great Expectations" by Charles Dickens was published.

Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria dies.

...............don't stop Tramp - don't stop

Plenty of time left.. 10,220 AD is a long way off.. We'll probably have a Ceroc Alpha Centauri Franchise by then.. But it'll be dull .. the Dance halls will have no atmosphere ..

I'll get my Space suit..

If the end of the world is Ni, does that mean that Monty Python are to blame?

Niccolò Paganini (1782-1840) was an Italian violinist, violist, guitarist, and composer.

He liked fettuccini linguini and panini.

He met his own end in Rimini … but he died somewhere else!

Actually, he died in Nice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paganini). Which ruins the alliteration somewhat.

Fascinating character, Paganini - very much the megastar of his day.

Oh, what sad times are these when passing ruffians can say Ni at will to old ladies. There is a pestilence upon this land, nothing is sacred. Even those who arrange and design shrubberies are under considerable economic stress in this period in history.
