Hiya...

So then, what's up with you guys. Are you about to use the explanation that you're bored at work with nothing to do?

Cos I should point out that one has been used already.

Every thread I visit these days has the 3 of you flirting in it. I think we need to cut down on your sugar levels.

Steve

(Rearrange the following words to make a well known phrase or saying: Black Pot Kettle) :D

So tearaway triumverate (another Chalet School reference) , who else are we going to allow in here?

And will we make up some kind of initiation ritual?

Actually Dave hasn't been seen since you used the word triumverate. Obviously he was educated somewhere less high-brow than the chalet school.

Your fantasy world is distorting reality. :what:  One of the side-effects of forum addiction, probably. Next you'll be replying to "Excuse me, have you got the time?" with "I could make some - your place or mine?"

exactly, my answer would be more like, "possibly and I've certainly got the inclination"

but that's not a lot better really is it??????

Graham
14th-April-2003, 02:32 PM
Well, the old joke as I remembered it had the response "Yes, have you got the inclination?" (or " the money" in a coarser version), so I thought I'd been relatively original.

One feels, G, that the lady would need more inclination than she would time.

Hmmmmm, does this mean that if I had written L'heure DU cafe (with an accent obviously) I would have been wrong?

Quite probably, but thought I would ask.

I know where I can get my hands on some old dodgy Swiss keyboards....Franck, fancy whipping the "DIGITAL" logo off them and rebranding as new special "Ceroc Forum" keyboards?

(I'll let them go for $8 a pop but unless we go 12 miles out to sea on a boat to do the hand over, I'll have to charge you VAT)

:D

actually just thought, we'd also have to issue a guidance note on unregistered use of the Umlaut if they're Swiss.

DH, you're not going to admit publicly that these 2 have got you licked into shape?

Please, no. What chance have the rest of us got??:tears: :tears:
