Only read 'The Undomestic Goddess' by Sophie K. Quite amusing, but a bit too silly, even for chicklit (even for me). Shame, because the hotshot London lawyer 'breaking down' and jacking it all in to become a housekeeper (for which she is of course completely unskilled and unsuited) was quite a cute idea - she just over-egged it IMO.

its a bit ott and characters not very likable.

the shopaholics ones i love as even tho she gets herself in 2 trouble i can regognise the shopahoilic in me lol

I've got the Undomesticated Goddess, but haven't read it yet. Have read Can You Keep A Secret and liked it - will definitely get round to the Shopaholic ones one day (slow reader, too many books out there, not much time to do it in either - too much dancing!!)

I have just finished reading 'The Undomestic Goddess' - I picked it up in the library, remembered seeing the name on here but didn't remember the reviews saying that it was bad. I read it in a day and a half. It was very predicatable.
