I use AVG Free http://free.grisoft.com/
Good price, and I've not had any problems with it or with viruses.

Norton is expensive but the best often is
But don’t buy an on line upgrade
If it does not work the support is non-existent

Just downloaded AVG and my computer went t**s upwards and it has taken me an hour to get it back to normal.
Computers it seems are a necessary evil and boy,can they be evil.

Norton sucks at malware detection; but it's user interface is exceptionally good. (so neither agree nor-disagree :D)
Anyway, if you're a Barclays customer: they've recently dumped Symantec's Norton* for F-Secure's AV solution for their customers, and they're offering it *free* (24 months) for their online banking customers. Here's a link: http://www.barclays.co.uk/security
But it does not include firewall .. which u can get for 10 quid (limited offer) http://www.f-secure.com/estore/barclays/offer.html
has any of the barclays customers received a letter from barclays about this yet??
