Anyone see that short excerpt of Ceroc/Jive (in deference to Jiveoholic
:D )) on TV the other night ? Not sure what it was as I looked up, noticed it and it was gone in about 30 seconds. It looked like one of those scene setting things like when they have a balloon going over the Forth Bridge and someone talking in the background.

Any way it was definitely Ceroc type dancing with a load of couples dancing the same routine, err at least I think they were all dancing the same , never was much good at scene of crime descriptions. :sorry
So did anybody see it and what was it all about !!

I've seen it and you're right - it's just one of the BBC's fillers between programmes (ie exactly like the ballon over the Forth Bridge).

Don't know where the film was taken or who the people are, though.

Hi,

It's salsa though very similar to modern jive. Next time you see it note the footwork and count the beats, 1,2,3 pause, 1,2,3 pause........SALSA.......!
