Phuq all on TV tonight.

What TV programme would you most like to see back in the schedules? Nothing broadcast since 1/1/2000 is eligible.

I used to love a program called Combat!! which I used to watch with my mother on Wednesday nights when my father was out at his model car racing club. Sergeant Saunders and his platoon fight their way from Normandy to Berlin...

Blakes 7

Might break the rules, BBC2 did re-run the first few episodes at Sunday teatime within living memory - but stopped at the one they acquired Orac.

I loved the dodgy FX and equally dodgy costumes (and Paul Darrow  )

Check out BBC2, 9 0'clock weekdays - it was on last week!

UNCLE - United Network Command for Law Enforcement - my sister had the hots for Ilya Kuriyakin!

I quite liked Get Smart and My Favourite Martian. Then there was the show where Marius Goring was a forensic scientist - way before CSI - can't remember what is was called. There was also a show set at London Airport called Zero One, a sort of international policier, I can't remember anything about it as I was very young at the time, just that I remember loving the theme music. I've mentioned Ace of Wands on a previous thread like this.

Ace of Wands - by gum! That is something I had completely forgotten.

I preferred the Girl from Uncle - Stephanie Powers as April Dancer - I was too young to understand the way she made me feel but boy did I feel it powerfully...

Yes - what would be the point in people leaving rep if I didn't read it? Your comment seemed a bit harsh in response to a light-hearted comment, though.

Mindy was a babe...

:yeah:

...what a shame she dropped off the planet when the series finished.
