An outfit from Chrisanne (http://www.chrisanne.co.uk) can go for several thousand pounds.
Deirdre of London (http://www.deirdreoflondon.com) have cabaret outfits at about $1200, though the latin dresses tend to be closer to $2K. I think Lily has used them for some of her costumes.
At a somewhat more realistic level, you could have a look at All that Glitters (http://www.freewebs.com/allthatglittersnow/); you will be talking around £200 for a Latin outfit.
Going still cheaper, there's Rainbowshiu (http://www.fotop.net/rainbowrainbow) - prices range from about £60 (plain), to £500 for a dress heavily stoned with Swarovski crystals. She will also do "made-to-measure" etc. at very reasonable prices. The costume Bryony's wearing in my avatar came from her.
You could also try Dance Essentials (http://stores.ebay.com/Dance-Essentials) on eBay - they have a lot of performance-type outfits for under £50.

N.B. Of these, only Chrisanne and All that Glitters are based in the UK.
