Just had large plate of crispy shredded beef with fried rice (beef more sticky than crispy, seems to be a common fault hereabouts) and am thinking about my forthcoming holiday.

I'd be grateful for your recommendations of web sites that do good, cheap, last-minute deals on holidays.

In your own time, then...

What type of holiday? Are you after sun, or snow at this time of year. I know some great skiing websites.

www.earnalow.co.uk

www.igluski.com

www.ifyouski.com

Just try doing google searches on budget holidays, you get loads of stuff.

Teletext is always well worth a look too.

Thanks, but skiing is a no-no for me. Doctor's orders, ya see.

I've tried googling but there's no way of responding other than ploughing through, which is very time consuming. I was hoping that the Forumites might have experience which would save me a lot of time.

Sorry, only really experience of skiing stuff.

Iglu do have another part of the site, just www.iglu.com, which covers other stuff, and teletext are always pretty good. What sort of thing are you looking for? Sun, sea & sand, adventure, sightseeing, shopping, nightlife, there's all sorts of specialist companies out there who offer really good deals when you're after something specific.
