Stirling Sunday night - 'Smooth Grooves'

I was browsing through the Ceroc Scotland website to see what dancing was available and noticed that there was a class on Sunday night followed by a 'Smooth Grooves' freestyle.

What type of music is considered 'Smooth Grooves' ?
