If there is one thing that’s get up my nose more then anything else
Its when I’m told I cannot say something because it’s no longer “politically correct”

Righto!

Serious stuff this time!

Things that get up my nose is the way our society is going in this country.

The legal system has its flaws - okay it does a lot of good stuff too, but there's lots I don't agree with when it comes to serious crime - e.g. when people get hurt or killed.

Our social security system is totally screwed - people who need the money don't get it and people who know how to scam the system are rolling in it! If it were up to me I'd say scrap it and start again.

Immigration... don't even get me started. Although hats off to a lot of Asians who have a great education ethos and work ethos - could do with seeing more of this from home-grown people!!

I think Brits in a lot of ways are becoming lazy, ignorant and lack respect for others. Okay heavy way over generalisation, but getting back to my first point - our laws don't really stop anyone doing anything illegal (me included if I think about speeding on the highways), in fact a lot of them are down to PC people (so I agree massively there with you Philsmove) and a wussy nature of "we can't do that to that horrible person because we'll hurt them"; "we have to be tolerant of their faith, so we'll put our own faith on the back-burner, and bend over backwards for others".

I'm sure I could think of a few others that get up my nose (but there's only room for my finger - actually my thumb fits too - too much info?  )

I suppose my latest one is this blasted internet! What gives a stranger the right to look up information about someone else and then send them things at their work because it satisfies a weird need that they have? See - no respect or common sense! (But I think that's probably been about in this country for many centuries - if I learned anything from my history lessons).

OK must go or I'll be late for work - that's another thing that gets on my wick - lack of punctuality!!!!!

Thanks for being such a therapeutic forum :flower:

Shame on you, sir! That's a rather personal question, is it not?

What I put on my tits, or let someone else put on my tits, is entirely my business!
