I’m having a trip to the West Midlands in the middle of November and will be fitting in some MJ on one or more evenings :cheers: ………under consideration are:
Wednesday 16 November: Kidderminster (Ceroc) or Alcester (Want2Dance)
Thursday 17 November: Worcester (Ceroc)
Friday 18 November: Halesowen (Ceroc)
Saturday 19 November : (Afternoon - busking in Stratford-on-Avon town centre- :really: Want2Dance);
Evening - Solihull (Ceroc) or Coventry (Blitz).
It would be good to meet any forumites while in the area. Anyone go to any of these venues? Also - any recommendations for which if any I should definitely go to (or maybe :eek: avoid)?

Leicester and Rugby are too far away - I will be based near Worcester...

I'm guessing it's the hand-puppet from "Liar Liar", not the hand-on-shoulder thing that Yuval campaigns against.
I'll take my bonus points in the form of ale and whores, please.

I go to Solihull Sometimes, Kidderminster sometimes and Coventry occasionally. Of these Coventry Blitz is my favourite for freestyles (very nice floor & very friendly venue) Solihull is my favourite mid-week venue mainly for socialising as most of my dance friends go there.
If I were going to do wall to wall dancing during that week, I would recommend the following:
Monday - Daventry
Tuesday - Wythalll
Wednesday - Kidderminster
Thursday – Solihull
Friday – Halesowen (but I wouldn’t bother)
Saturday - Coventry Blitz Freestyle
Sunday – day of rest
Any further questions about all these venues, then private me.
