This event has just appeared on the salsaholics mailing list.

DANCE TO EQUALITY, Sat 8th Oct, 7pm-12mn, Portobello Town Hall, Edinburgh, £20
This is a "fundraising dance event packed with music, entertainment and refreshment" next Sat in Porty Town Hall. It's run by and for the Edinburgh and Lothians Racial Eqaulity Council (charity number SC007896). Music is by DJ Dance Demon and includes latin/salsa, modern jive (C/Leroc) and Scottish. There will be performances from traditional dances of other countries. International buffet will be served at 7.30pm. The tickets can be purchased from ELREC Offices at 14 Forth St, EH1 3LH, or tel 0131 556 0441, or email admin@elrec.org.uk. A really good cause and "an event not to be missed".
It looks like it is going to be a mix of music and with Dance Demon DJing I am sure there will be a chance for Cerocers to strut their stuff. And as it also says, it is for a good cause.
