I was thinking {again} on another 'bonus' scheme that would be fun to instigate;
Some sort of 'passport' that regulars could buy that gets stamped at each session - each venue having a different stamp. Full books could be traded in or punched for places at workshops or such like; it could encourage the intermediates to go to other venues or people to collect stamps from every class in the country. Maybe special events could have special stamps or stickers.
Hmmm...this could tie in well with the 'privalaged membership scheme' post as a way to check how many classes you have been to/paid for.
