looking to change a profibus communication into a tcp ip socket anyone got any ideas . Looking at a host of a siemans step 7 which requires the sockets ,the company that are providing the equipment only communicate in profibus ....
any ideas?

Ok thinking of profibus to a S7400 plc then writing a program to transfer date to output s that can then com to existing S7 in socket form any other ideas....
