Who else saw the trailer for "Lost" on Channel 4 before Big Brother tonight?

Some really weird/cool dancing. Some nice moves. :waycool:

Found this on-line trailer. (mms://video.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/L/lost/lost.wmv) (Though I preferred the one on the telly, as it had some nice Portishead music and no talking.)

Anyone know anything about it? (The advert or the program?)

I found out about this last year, (big LOTR fan) and have been dying to see it ever since! I don't know why we are so behind the USA though, there isn't usually a gap between showings as long as this!

So when does it start?

And you were watching big brother?! Oh dear dear dear.... that's the biggest load of trash on the TV!

... (big LOTR fan) ... Please tell me it has nothing to do with Rings and Wizards!?!

(Actually I know it doesn't – so what's the connection?)

And you were watching big brother?! Oh dear dear dear.... that's the biggest load of trash on the TV! I'd rather watch a day of BB than an hour of LOTR.

(Still feeling grumpy after being woken up at 6:51 this morning.)

Dominic Monaghan is the connection.

Haha, very funny, I know that you don't mean that and are just teasing me. After all, it is one of the biggest masterpieces in cinema history, you don't want to get me started, especially the extended editions, extra features, and the lovely Elijah

 Why must you keep saying that, you are making me feel worse, I already apologised, and shant anymore  So there! (sorry private conversation folks) Besides, if I have to get up at 6, why shouldn't everyone else suffer?
Note: I didn't write that last sentence, i'm far too nice and caring/considerate, someone hacked into my computer. Now I wish I could get my MSN back-evil computer hackerers!

Haha, very funny, I know that you don't mean that and are just teasing me. Nope, sorry, it's just not my thing. But, "each to their own". :nice:

(An apologetic forumite who is mad at Ducasi (who FYI is ALWAYS grumpy)-i'm not dancing with you on tuesday now  ) Well if I'm in Stirling on Tuesday and you're in Edinburgh on Wednesday I guess you'll be spared my grumpiness. :waycool:

And as I said, no apology needed – I'm enjoying being grumpy today.

So... Back to "Lost"...

It's a story about a bunch of people who get stranded on a deserted island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean after a plane crash – "with a twist." Who knows where the weird dancing comes from, beyond that the whole story is meant to be a bit weird.

It's going to be in the "Desperate Housewives" slot of Wednesday, 10pm on Channel 4. With a "First Look" preview after it on E4. Starts on the 10th of August.

Looks good.
