These little boxes of techno-wizardry can also help discover things that otherwise might be missed, from cash machines and wireless hotspots to street markets and Ceroc dance venues. The details are downloaded from any computer and transferred to a Satnav machine.That is to say, I was driving through an unfamiliar town when my satnav bleeped (or played 8 bars of Dancing in the Moonlight/Kylie/Call On Me) to alert me I was passing a Ceroc venue. I know, I thought, I'll stop in and have a dance...

Do you think you can program them to tell you when the Intermediate class is about to start?

More to the point, can they tell you if it's any good? :whistle:

Been mentioned before IIRC, but I think there's a GPS data file (dunno how you'd use it or what's in it) on the uk-jive website (http://www.uk-jive.co.uk/news-detail.asp?NewsID=516).

That would be very useful indeed, of course (but a somewhat specialised market I fear). :na:

Is there an optional footwear module too? That would be good during this hot weather for detecting sandals with socks...

The only thing that I can imagine Lory means is my well documented hatred of chef pants (http://www.cerocscotland.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5499&page=1&pp=20), unless she's refering to the fact that I also dislike colourful clothes (http://www.cerocscotland.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3267&page=9&pp=20) ... :whistle: I honestly don't know.... :whistle:

Blimey. Could've done with one of those tonight. I wish I had a better sense of direction when it comes to one way streets... Is it true that men have a better sense of direction in general? I know I'm always getting lost.

Well, I thought my SatNav was advanced, with voice recognition for various things such as, nearest petrol station/cashpoint/cinema/iceskating rink/swimming pool/hotel/restaurant etc and the list goes on but I've just seen this latest offering from Google

and I'm IMPRESSED! :worthy::waycool:

Strange?

I wonder what prompted the journalist to advertise Ceroc in that article.. :confused:
