How interesting and suprising!

If asked, I would have said that most posts were done between 23hrs and 2am and most daytime posts were done on Fridays, just goes to show!

and I wonder why we tend to post more toward the end of the month

I wondered why I could never get anything done around 4pm the past couple of weeks, I've been reading the new posts all this time :)
Anyone else have a sudden urge to post lots at 5am, to skew the curve? No? Just me then...

Yup thats what I was trying to say.
Wasn't there a saying that said 'All statisticians as stupid!' because they either tell us what we already know or something that we didn't care about anyway.

I've had statistics up to my a r s e

Can't someone say something witty for a change?

Sadly, many people would rather be whingy than witty.

Fire away then. We'll join in when you show us how it should be done.

I was a little surprised by the daytime distribution. I think I would have thought there were more posts over lunchtime as there seems to be more people online then.

Having said that, afternoons are my lowest point in terms of 'intelligent thought activity' (eg I try to avoid studying between 3pm - 5pm) so maybe its the same for other people and they pop onto the forum to relieve the tedium (it would maybe explain some of the posts too... )

Maybe less posts on Friday because of all the Fridays before weekenders when many forumites are travelling to events and so not online?
