Bugger bugger bugger

I dropped my mobile on the floor this morning and it is now in pieces :tears:
To be honest it has been playing up for a while and it is very old so rather than repair it I'm going to buy another. I can't wait till Santa comes though as I need one fast - can anyone recommend a decent handset?

I`ve just picked up a good deal with DIALAPHONE .COM. £12 for 12 months contract gives you a LG mobile all singing all dancing camera/video phone/3rd generation for free and inclusive 500 mins per month, all networks and anytime of day and 100 txts. PLUS a host of other goodies. Its with this new "3" network. I`d recommend it to anyone.:)

Just got a *free* upgrade of my p900 to a P910i - imho its nicer - doesn't have the dodgy flip "design flaw" that SonyEricsson keep ignoring.

Btw Tez has got my original p800 and now she's massively jealous so definitely worth checking out for both boys and girlies !!!!

Apologies to people who've seen it before - but someone sent me this advert from ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6410585172)

I have a Sony Ericsson K700i. (it's so last year though.)

A couple of friends have a K750i. It is the business.

It does everything you'd ever want, has a rather decent camera, is small and light, and looks rather cool. :waycool:

Here's a review. (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/07/08/review_sony_ericsson_k750i/)

Nokia 1100!!!

It's the best!!!!

Marketed features are:

No colour screen
3 games
inbuilt torch!!!!

Seriously though ... it looks like a cheap and simple phone, no bells or whistles and fairly reliable from what I can gather. Anyone know any different?

Please feel free to comment!

In spite of DavidY's link (very funny) I like my Moto in fact I liked it so much I've just ordered a new one - a V3 incl 200 min per month for the stupid price of £60 for 1 year (after cashback) from e2save.com but their deal is gone now apparently but I think on almost as good is still available on the parent company's website - carphone warehouse (£1.99 per month rental for 1st 10 month on Orange)

Awwwww! The MPx200 is an appallingly awful phone. It crashes. It does all the bad things in the eBay advert. But there's just something so damned endearing about it. :D I've been meaning to upgrade for such a long time, but I just can't find a phone I like! I want something with bluetooth, and I need it to act as a kind of pda & synchronise with my desktop. I need to be able to surf & e-mail with it, and have real ring tones. Oh, and it needs to be tri-band and look cute. :D

hehe! I've been keeping an eye out for that one. It was due to be launched in May, but was delayed a while. It is quite ugly, mind, but in an endearing way again...! :D I think you've cracked it Andrew. Cheers!

I like my V3, I know Motorola are pants sometimes, but the Razors just look so damned good... :tears:

Well.. on impulse, I went to the local Orange shop & got a SPV C550 instead, as it cost me nothing. :D It's also very ugly.

But the important question is "does it coordinate with any of your shoes?"

Are you implying that any of my shoes are ugly? :what:

And, as you happen to mention it, it co-ordinates quite nicely with my new Bloch Slipstreams.

Spot the difference...
