Can someone help?
My local residents association would like to purchase a chord-less microphone system, like those used by dance teachers.
They don't want to spend a lot of money, so, can anyone give any advise on, which one to get, the cost and where to purchase one please? :nice:

you get what you pay for, I would advise Trantec www.trantec.co.uk/html/trantec_home.asp buy direct or any dj store - emphasise thew head set or you will get a hand held

I've got Trantec and Shure. They're both excellent but they are expensive: expect to pay well over £200.
Have a look on ebay, there's loads of cheap radio microphones for less than £40 - one of my friends has 2 of these cheap mikes and gets on just fine with them.

:yeah:
However, the headsets are not to brilliant in the quality department ... Adam (CerocMetro as if you didn;t know !) changed all the headsets but had to get someone to put Trantec on all the new ones!
[Right. Thats it - this keyboard has done it once to often!!!! - I'm changing round those ; and ' keys on my keyboard once and for all ... where's my screwdriver ????!]
