The Scarborough Spa Complex, right on the sea front in the beautiful South Bay, is our dance venue for our East Coast Jive Weekender. The Ocean Ballroom is fabulous and is simply one of the best in the North of England.

The Master Classes are for dancers of intermediate level and above, who will be taught in a relaxed way that will excite and inspire you. This formidable line-up of world-class instructors....

.... will teach classes [each with a duration of 90 minutes] that will further enhance your confidence in following and leading, improve your routines with style points, whilst at the same time learning some fantastic new moves. In all, around 20 hours of high quality instruction during Saturday & Sunday, followed by Freestyles.

The weekend kicks-off on Friday evening with an MJ Freestyle in the Ocean Ballroom and a Blues/Swing Freestyle in the Promenade Lounge until 3am.

This East Coast Jive Weekender is limited to a maximum of 400 dancers and places are being booked very quickly. A limited amount of accommodation has been reserved with prices from £109pp [twin share] inclusive of all classes and freestyles. Dancers can also enjoy the weekend's classes and freestyles for only £65 excluding accommodation.

Numbers are limited for this weekender and with bookings arriving daily, we anticipate a sellout. As of today, accommodation packages [which includes all the classes and freestyles] available are as follows:

The Crown Hotel Package: SOLD OUT!
The Esplanade Package: Only 3 twin rooms available
The Bradley Court Package: Only 9 twin rooms available
The Grand Hotel Package: 5 single rooms, 3 standard twins, 6 Premier twins and 3 Premier doubles available.

Additionally, there are a few places available without accommodation at just £65 for the whole weekend of classes and freestyles.
