Mrs Par and I received our tickets this morning, this news sits nicely with the headline "UNDER PAR IS GOING TO SOUTHPORT!!!!"

Bardsey get my badge ready please I cannot wait.

Under Par has been under a cloud recently worrying that the Labour Party Conference held in Brighton near the time of Southport would mean he would not be allowed time off.

But after a lot of wheelin and dealin the time off has now been arranged.

The sun it shineth every day from now till Southport...yippppeeee!! :yeah:

Cannot wait to see all you Forumites again.

We hope the outlook will be sunny, we've ordered it, but as we all know sometimes the goods ordered don't arrive at the right time!

If you look at the thread "Southport Extravadanca 17-20 September you will see that admission tickets etc for all bookings received up to 20 August have now been posted. Others will be despatched after the Bank Holiday.

OK OK OK OK OK !!!
So you were enticed North of the border under false pretences initially  But we only decided to ditch "you know what" a day before (honest :innocent: ) so there wasn't time to phone you, and anyway your ticket would have been non-refundable, n'est pas??
Never got a dance either, I was too busy, but will make it up to you @ S'port
