What does it take to have a good/great eve dancing?

We've all chatted afterwards,or the next day/week etc and you hear people continuously say 'oh i had a great night' and other people at the same night say 'it was ok/not very good etc.

What does it for you?

I can normally tell a great night from a good one.............
on a great night I dance the first and last track with Mrs Par................
on a good night I dance the first and last and about four or five others......
on a truly bad night I dance half the tracks with Mrs Par.

This may seem nasty but is no reflection on my lovely wife or her dancing ability..........
but on a great night the quality of the dancers and music inspire and means we are both up there dancing our little socks off.

On a good night there maybe less quality dancers about and or the music isn't brill the whole night, so we look to each other for fulfilment.

On a bad night ...there aren't many quality dancers or the music doesnt inspire therefore Mrs Par sits out alone looking glum I go over and ask her to dance regularly to cheer her up.

I'm not really an angel ..........it's just she is my Mrs Par.

Hey, give the guy a break - it's his fourth post; you have to go back a few pages to find a similar thread; perhaps a request to the moderators to join this onto an appropriate thread would have been more appropriate.

Even a post saying it had already been discussed - you don't even have to point them to other threads.
