Do all registered members appear in the members list? I was looking for someones profile in the members list and it wasn't there. It also does not have the " reputation" icon under their name in the posts they have made.....The person is a junior member and has made over 80 posts...... :confused:

Not all members appear in the members list. Some members are awaiting email verification. If they posted already, then maybe there was a problem with their email or their accounts.
Reputation dots would only appear if the member had any points, if you have 0 or fewer, you don't have a dot.

Some accounts were recently disabled, which might explain the difference.
