So who do you get most uptight over when they come to visit? Who is it you wave goodbye to, then heave a big sigh of relief as they disappear out of sight?
Now I'm not saying that our current Kiwi visitors are difficult, they're very easy going and no trouble at all. If there is any stress, then it is a matter of cooking, what am I going to cook, and will it be any good? Does it have to be authentic? He is a chef who trains other chefs, I've eaten at several of his "trainees" establishments in New Zealand. All totally fab, and the sort of food that if served here in London, would be too expensive for me to go out for.
For me, by a long way, the most stressful are parents/in-laws, but the reasons why are too dull to explain.
