I got the penguin to 1165.1 by skimming it on the snow, but no idea how I did it - am usually hopeless at this so unless I've become a batsman overnight I think they've made it easier.

Have another shot (using the link at the top of the thread) ... it was only producing low scores at first then it seemed to change. I've just tried it again and still got a score in the 1200s with a skim (about 700 without). If you get the penguin at the last minute it skims the snow (like skiming flat stones on the waves) and gets a higher score than if it goes head first. A simple game but such fun!

btw, you can get some very interesting (and verging on dodgy) results at that url if you change the numbers at the end . . . (some of them would need to go upstairs!!!)
