Exclude Forums from "Get New Posts"

I have found this on my user CP but do seem to abel to use it :confused:

What's supposed to happen is you click on areas listed in the "Exclude Forums:" box, then Save Changes. You can select multiple areas in the forum, but to do this you need to hold the Ctrl key down as you click on the different areas. Selecting None at the top means nothing's excluded (ie you get everything).
