It was really good fun. I'm glad I entered now, I was asked as they were short of men and I ended up being the last contestant. Thanks to all those lovely dancers I danced with :flower:, I had a fab time though I've still surprised I made it to the finals.

I had a brilliant time too. Its the first time I had been to Stirling and cetainly won't be the last ...... fantastic venue! Sorry I held up proceedings in the first round ..... as usual I was found in the bar:whistle:. Quick sprint through and not even time to change shoes, never mind a warm up, and I was there.

Thanks to all my partners in the Jack and Jill for making it so much fun and all the lovely comments afterwards ( I am not worthy).

I have read elsewhere that some thought the competition took up too much time, from a personal point of view I certainly didn't feel that and felt that it all ran smoothly and didn't interfere too much with the freestyle.

Well done to all involved in the organisation of the whole event......job well done!

See you next year - at least to swap the 2008 ipod for a 2007 one:wink:

Do you think if I wear tiger pants next year I might do better?

Respect to all the winners. Some excellent dancing to be seen.

They seem to help make me stand out, whether they are worn in public view or not:whistle:

One thing at a time though Duncan, I think your shirts are still causing a stir.
